Hi, I have the arlo 2 and the arlo q. I’ve notice that on both system the microphone doesn’t work too good. When talking to someone you can’t hear them or them hear you. Suck! Also the night vision sucks too. When you adjust the clarity at night you need to keep adjusting in the morning because it will get too bright and you won’t be able to see your recordings because of the lighting being too bright. Hopefully a firmware update can take care these issues.

Rmedrano,
Have you checked the volume settings for your speakers on your cameras? You can find these settings in your Arlo account under Settings > My Devices > Arlo Q > Audio Settings > Speaker. Use the slider to adjust volume levels.
