Live view not working?

Arlo app is 2.4.3
Camera Firmware is 1.8.3.1_13001

Both are up to date as I can't find any updates in Apple Store for my iPhone and the firmware camera is telling me it's up to dat. The problem is live view isn't working. I have full bars with my camera connecting to the router and the camera system information is loaded onto my app for me to change and edit. So when I press on live view it won't go live. It just go back to the icon for live view.

Usu the answer is to uninstall and reinstall the app.

 

you could also go to the Arlo web site on a PC to verify that it is not an Arlo issue

When live streaming, press the record button on the camera widget tin enable recording of the live stream.

I just hit “restart” in the Arlo App and it came back online. No need to delete, reinstall, reset to factory defaults ect, ect.
