Issues with audio/image quality

I've had this for 3-4 days and have been extremely disappointed. This thing constantly has glitches, the sound is not clear and it seems like the server is always freezing. It takes forever to come on and constantly get pixelated.

Very disappointed in this product.

It sounds like there might be a signal strength issue that could be due to range or wireless interference.

 

What does the signal strength indicator display for the camera?

 

Who is your ISP and what are your download/upload speeds, poor internet speeds could also be an issue.

Yes, I contacted customer service earlier and we went thru the internet speed, and all was fine.
