Inconsistent WiFi service

Any suggestions on how to work around Century Link inconsistent WiFi service ?  My service will drop and can only be reconnected by shutting down the gateway and restarting. Totally defeats the Arlo if I am away from home. Thank you.

If it's your WiFi, you need to work with the ISP. Maybe replacing the router would be the answer. zGive us full details.
