I have been using 2 units of Arlo Q in my home for last over 7 years or more. I had also purchased additional 2 units but did not use them then. Now when I tried to connect to these units, i'm unable to connect to these new units and they refuse to add to my arlo account. Can someone be of help. I've tried the factory reset as well. Seems something more to it. Thankyou for your help in advance.

I've had some issues trying to reconnect my only Q but eventually got it to work. However, there was a comment a while ago that indicated that REALLY old firmware may cause this issue and can't be onboarded.
