I can't set up my Arlo Q

I can't set up my Arlo Q.  I've tried doing it from my iPhone and again from my computer but neither one can find the camera and connect.  HELP!

When you plug the camera in, do you see any activity from the LED?  What? You can try resetting the camera by holding the reset button until the LED flashes amber.  Let the camera reboot and try again.

Is this a new camera or was it claimed on a different account? What error message are you seeing when attempting to claim the camera?

Tried setting up on iPhone and PC and will not connect to wifi. Have reset and tried many combinations. Unit has been used before and don't know if this is preventing me from registering again.

That's certainly a possibility if used on a different account.  If so, the camera should be removed from that account's Settings, My Devices.
