I sold a couple Arlo Q cameras recently that we used in one of my stores. I was not the one who setup the account and do not have access to the account it was registered to. The person I sold the device to said they cannot get the camera to connect to their account and we think it's because the serial number is tied to an old account. Is there a way to de-register this without logging in to that account?? I've tried getting ahold of Arlo support and that has been no help so far. I would appreciate any advice, thanks!

The previous "owner" (the one who set up the cameras) has to be the one to remove them from his account. Otherwise they could be considered stolen, even if not really.
