How to increase the volume of the alert

The monitor works fine, and I get alerts on my phone when I walk into the camera's view, but the volume isn't loud enough to wake me at night.  I have used the directions to open the MODE and click the PENCIL.  Then I don't see anything that leads me to volume adjustment for the ALERT.  I see a pathway to adjust the volume that the device generates.  Thanks for any help.

If you using pushes, you can also send emails... on most phones email alerts can be chosen.

and/or convert the eamil to an sms by using the carriers format for possible sound changes.
