Had a power cut the other day. Since then my camera is flashing amber and blue. I suspect a firmware update was interrupted. The reset button won't work and the camera is not showing on my app or network.. Is there anything that can be done? Thanks.

There hasn't been a Q camera firmware update for some time (you can always check the Firmware Release Notes section here to be sure).  Have you tried unplugging it for a minute and then plug it back in to see what happens? When you tried the reset did you hold the button until the camera clicked and the LED flashed amber (>10 seconds)? If that works, be sure to also remove the camera from Settings, My Devices before trying to resync it.

While you're at it, try a different USB power supply on the chance it was damaged.

Tried all that.. reset button won't click. Sync button has no effect. Lights are flashing alternative amber, purple, blue.
