Error obtaining library AND Can’t verify device

I STILL can’t verify my iPhone 14 Pro. Yes I’ve removed my other phone as a trusted device. Yes I’ve reinstalled the app. I still have to use without trusting.
Also for the last two weeks there has been an “error obtaining library” which makes this system absolutely useless for security. Reinstalled three times. Logged out and back in SEVERAL times (it logs me out weekly on its own).
Serious in the next seven days I’m cancelling my subscription and moving onto something else.
What’s the deal Arlo?
