Downloading cloud recordings with Arlo Q on basic plan possible?

After having read the website and the manual I have still a question:
The manual states: "We provide free cloud storage for the life of the Arlo Q cameras. We store a rolling 7 days of recordings that are created when the Arlo Q camera detects motion or sound. You can pay to store recordings in the cloud for the last 14 days or 30 days. You can download recordings and save them to your mobile device or computer for long-term storage":
Does this imply that downloading and storing from the cloud is possible with the Arlo 7 day basic-plan, and with both the Arlo Q and the Arlo Q plus? (the website suggests that this is only possible with the Q plus...)

Any Arlo configuration has the same setup so it doesn't make a difference if you're using a Q, Q+, Baby or wireless setup (or a mix). They're all equal in this regard.
