I have an outdoor Pro 2 camera and just bought the Q for inside.... does this just connect via WIFI or does it connect to the base that the outdoor camera is connected to??

@elykoj,

The Arlo Q does not use the base station. It connects directly to your router although, unlike the wireless cameras, it will require power in order to work.
