I have tried every way possible to sign onto my arlo and I can't reach the portal to view live feed. It just keeps trying to sell me a subscription. I tried to download the arlo secure app but my phone is too old to support it evidently. I'm so frustrated!

Hi @SQLamm
Thanks for sharing those details. The Arlo Secure App requires iOS 15 or later for Apple devices, and Android 8 or later for Android devices. If your phone’s operating system is below these versions, you may need to update your device or use a newer phone to install and use the app. You can also access Arlo from a computer via my.arlo.com using a supported web browser.
