I'm so frustrated, I hope someone can help. I have been trying to get an issue with my Arlo Q resolved for weeks now, but everytime I try to send an email through their form I keep getting an error regardless of the computer I use. Their phone support is terrible and I hve had no luck with the chat either: it seems to rarely work, even during business hours. Is there any way to get actual customer service here?

I have asked the question and the answer is that if chat is available, email will not be. I disagree with that but it's not my call.
