it has happened again i was charged for CVR recording but it is not active.  i called support but guy on other end pretended it was a bad connection and did not answer except for a few hellos.   calling your support does not seem to be helpful

Maybe it was a bad connection? It does happen, especially with cell phones.

 

Have you verified that you have a camera activated for CVR? WHat have you tried? What do you see?

yes i can see live video on all camera its when i go to CVR it tells me to 'upgrade now'  but i already paid for it.    this happened before and i was told it was a 'backend billing issue' and it was resolved then.  that was in 2018

i called back again and was on hold and heard on hold music then the music stopped and i was hung up on again.
