i changed my wifi router and now i can't get my arlo q camera to find my phone. i have tried everything i have found on he internet. deleted arlo soft ware and reinstalled it. deleted the device (mistake) and trying to find device but it won't. the light is solid blue right now.
any help would be greatly appreciated

I have...no good. I keep getting the failed to find screen. Tries phone and computer. I get to the scan code, I get the chime but then it can't find device.

Have you tried to manually do a factory reset (Place a pin in the reset hole for 10-15 sec)?
