Hi, I just changed my internet provider, and I can't seem to connect to my Arlo Q camera's. I just deleted my cameara's on the app and tried to re-install them on the app but the app says it doesn't recognize where the camera is and make sure wifi is on.
I called my provider and they told me that it has 200mbps. Is that slow for Arlo Q?

That's more than fast enough. WHose router is in use - yours or the ISP's? The usual issue is something being blocked on ports 80, 123 and 443 to arlo.com. ALso, be sure your phone is on the same WiFi (2.4GHz band) as what you want to use for the camera.

So I'm using spectrum Wifi.
Not sure what you mean by "ALso, be sure your phone is on the same WiFi (2.4GHz band) as what you want to use for the camera."

Also does anyone have any recomendation what I'm doing wrong? So anyways I Switched my Internet provider, and when I went on the Arlo App, I removed the camera's and then tried to add the camera from the app. After entering the wifi password it tells me to face the QR code to the camera, and after 2-3 minutes, it doesn't work at all.

That raises 2 items.
First, the idea is to make sure you're on WiFi, not cell service and it may help if your phone is connected to the 2.4GHz band, not the 5GHz one. To do this, you may need to separate the bands so that each has a separate SSID (many setups these days use one SSID for both bands which aids simplicity but can be an issue when trying to connect the camera which only uses the 2.4GHz band).
That leads to the second issue - Spectrum WiFi. Since you don't own the router, you may not have access to make changes to the router settings. If this is the case you'll have to contact Spectrum to get them to work with you. FOr starters, ports 80, 123 and 443 to arlo.com must be open. And then there's the issue of unique SSIDs for each band.
