Hi,

 

I've got a couple of issues which has been ongoing for a while with my Arlo Q cameras/Arlo account.

 

1) I'm able to view the live feed of my cameras via browser as it ends up with an error. "An unexpected error occurred. Please try again." This works only via the app at the moment.

2) I also can't view my library either from the web browser or the app. It also has an error "There was an error obtaining your library. Arlo team is working on this issue." I've waited for over a week but still am unable to access it.

 

Appreciate if there is someone who can provide some assistance.

I have the same issue that started on 2/3. There was an error obtaining your library. Can't access from the website either. I've uinstalled and reinstalled the app. Restarted router. Wtf is going on?

Try removing and reapplying power to the camera. Allow it to come back online and test again. Do you still experience the same behavior?

Yes, I've restarted the device and experience the same behavior.

 

Especially the bit where I can't access the library as that shouldn't matter if the camera is online/offline.
