Cannot reach live when out of country

Purchased Arlo to be able to check in on house when traveling. Can arm system to inform me of motion and take snapshots. However will not allow me to connect Live. Gives me timed out message.

Sound like it could be a network speed issue. What is your up and download speed?

Currently set to auto. But have tried 50Hz and 60Hz with resetting as well. No luck.

You misunderstand.  I wasn't referring to the refresh rate (50 vs. 60 Hz.) but speeds as measured by a service such as Http://speedtest.net.
