Cannot access shared Arlo Q account

Went through the steps to share an account that has Arlo Q camaras with an account that has both Arlo Q and Arlo Pro. The invite shows as accepted on the Arlo Q account and lists the shared cameras, but account they were shared with does not show the shared cameras. I have removed and tried sharing several times with the same results. Is there anything I can do to make the shared cameras show?

Is one of the accounts updated to the new Arlo experience 4.0 with the feeds icon at the bottom of the App Home Screen?

Yes the one sharing is accessed through the app with feeds at the bottom and v. 4.0.2.1_28506.  The one being shared too is mostly accessed through computer v. 4.0.3_2

I understand that both have to have the same user interface but do not know how to due that?
