Hi
I am wanting to completely remove the stand including the metal stand from the arlo q. Just leaving the camera itself. Is this possible ? As I am wanted to place just the camera head into a location with the stand.
thanks
Tony

I think the camera stand does pull out of the camera without damage....
But, either way, it has no functional connection with the camera itself other than to hold it up.

And, since the camera shape would make you balance it on a corner, positioning could be a real issue.

I was wondering if you have figured this out. I am trying to also remove the base from the camera. Let me know if you were sucessful!

yes I did remove the stand. Just pull fairly hard and it just pops out and just push it back it if needed.

I JUST DID IT! Takes some strength but it does pop out very clean. Thank you so much for the reply!
