Can’t see device Arlo Q

Hi,

I have an old Arlo Q. Just granted access to my mother and have setup app on her mobile. I can see notifications push through but cannot see the device on her mobile.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Check to make sure you two are using the same type version of the app....

that's the one version would have a Library, the other a Feed ( for videos ) ...they need to be on the same type ( IIRC).

Since yours are older cameras, are you on the older type version and Mom on the new?

We are on the same version Arlo app 4.12

Once the invited user accepts and activates their own account will the devices appear automatically in their account?

they should... remember that you must pick cameras and allow access rights.
