Hi,

I have a base station with one wireless Arlo and one Arlo Q.

Can I connect this Arlo Q to the base station not to my WiFi? The reason is that the router is old 150MB and I beleave the base station has better coveredge.

Unfortunately, you can't.  I have a thread in the suggestions forum about his - add your kudo to add emphasis:

Nope, the Q only used your router's WiFi and cannot connect to the base.

Can I revive this one. I have 4 arlo wireless and just added one Arlo Q. The Arlo Q is connected to my WiFi and the Arlo wireless are connected to the Base Station. They have different profiles for motion sensing. How can I put the Arlo Q on the Base Station so they all have the same profile?

If I could add the Q to my base station I would buy 2 and have them filming through a window when the wireless PIR is triggered to get a full face. I think the two would work synergistically together if they could be set and managed by the same program from the same base station.
