No videos after 9:50
Today I noticed my cameras stopped recording 9:50 and I have not changed any settings (I know there have been a lot of motion after 9:50). Have I reached my 100GB limit (elite plan) - deleting 1 day of videos did not fix the problem.
Have also tried restarting the cameras via the app.
Live streaming and CVR works as expected -manual record/snapshot do not work.
Any idea and/or similar experiences?

Hi all,

 

got the same problem. not more recording since 9.23 am. Push Notifications are still working but no motion detected recording as well as no manually recording possible. 

 

Pleas hotfix it asap. seems to be a global problem.

Have called Netgear Support and they are aware of the problem and I was not alone, unfortunately they did not know what was wrong.
Also no idea whether the videos during this time are lost or not because they did not know anything.

Update:
The problem is now fixed, unfortunately the video from the downtime appears to be lost.
The chance for a co-incidence where I really need the videos and the system is down is low and acceptable, however this incident is not good!
