Cameras not working after firmware upgrade

I just bought his 6 camera system. 4 wireless and 2 wired. Wireless ones synced just fine. But the two wired ones won't do anything unless I do the firmeware upgrade. As soon as I did the firmeware upgrade neither camera will connect or anything now. Help!

I can't get them to do anything. I have forced reset both of them and got them to reconnect to the base station, but again the firmware upgrade is the only option. I do it again and same thing. They will not connect to the base station.

The Q cameras have nothing to do with the base station. They connect directly to your router via normal WiFi. Click Add Device on the Cameras tab and then Q camera. Follow the bouncing ball.
