Camera mode stuck gathering status on one account but fine on another

My wife and I have separate arlo logins and access the same cameras.  A week ago (or maybe longer) my wife noticed she can no longer see the mode of the Arlo Q cameras and the mode always says "gathering status".  She can view live steam from these cameras.   I have no such problem with mode using my login.   I deleted her app and re-installed but same issue.  I re-added the camera but same issue.

 

The same problem when I log her in to my.arlo.com, the mode page spins forever.  Her account can see the mode and change status of the other wireless cameras, just not the Arlo Q cameras.

 

This appears to be an account issue that can only be fixed on the server end but I have no subscription, so I can't get any live support.  No idea how else to fix.

Try removing her account from Settings, Grant Access and re-add her. She'll have to go through accepting the invite again (use the same login and maybe use a computer browser since that seems to work better)
