Camera connected to Arlo servers, but not showing video

Bought the camera a few weeks ago, and initially connected fine. Switched to a faster internet, and now it won't connect. The first time I was able to set it up via the Andriod app. Now I've tried with my laptop as posts were saying the app was the issue. The camera is showing a solid blue light, but won't show any video or show as connected with my account.

Have you tried to remove & re-sync the camera?

Yes. No luck there. Also tried resetting it.
