All of a sudden I can’t see any of my videos. I have several Arlo Q setup at different residences. None of them will show the current library

Is this with the free 7 day plan or do you have a subscription that would include these cameras? Do you use Library to view recordings or Feed?  The current apps support both interfaces.

I’ve had the cameras for several years. I’ve never had a plan/subscription. I used to be able to click on a particular camera and see the 7 day library. Now it seems there’s a ‘feed’ that you need to go to in order to view the past video. When and why did this change come about? It takes way too much time this way.

Arlo has been slowly switching to the new UI that uses Feed since the introduction of the security hub/system. Lately they've been switching (or at least offering to switch) users to the new UI as the new products are released and issues have been, or are being, resolved.

You can easily see one camera's recordings by going to the Device page and clicking anywhere in the thumbnail except the gear icon or live view arrow. You can also add widgets to the Devices page to allow the same thing.

There’s no thumbnails on the device page. It just spins and nothing loads.

on the device page, I can only use

live camera.

Try clearing browser cache and also try a different browser.

That is essentially the same as the old "Library" page.  There are a couple of other events that have been added - particular the times whan the system mode is changed.

Touching the camera image on the devices page (or the dashboard) will show you the videos recorded for that camera.

Are these all in one account?

Or do you have one account for each residence (sharing the cameras to one account using the "friend" account feature)?

No, that’s the problem, I’m not seeing the videos from each camera page.
I have to go into the ‘feed’ option and they’re all lumped together there.

Are you using the web interface?  If you are using a phone/tablet, is it running iOS or Android?

It sounds like you are saying that the client is trying to show the videos there, but the process is hanging.  Is that correct?

Though it isn't as convenient, you can filter the feed to only show one camera by pressing the three dots in the upper right of the feed page, and then select "feed settings".  The filter is "sticky", so you do need to remember to set it back when you are done.
