Arlo q not connected ever

My arlo q do not connect. Not from the start.
How can you advertise easily connect when they dont connect. 1hr still no connection.
Omg what did I get myself into.
I checked the wifi
Everything this is crazy.
You seriously need to stop advertising easily connect becuas it does not!!!!!!
I set up windows 95 easier than this crap.

Windows 95 would be done sitting up by now

Are you receiving any error messages when trying to connect your Arlo Q camera? If so, what error message are you receiving? And which phone device are you using to connect your Arlo Q camera?

And it appears that using a computer browser may work fine to set it up. A mobile browser may also work if set to use the desktop version of the site.
