Hi,

 

This morning I noticed that the images on one of my cameras was red. The past days this was purple, but I was able to fix it everytime by restarting the camera using the app. Now the images are red and restarting does not solve it any longer.

Any one an idea/solution?

Hardware problems have to be resolved by usign the Contact Support link at the bottom here.

Thank you... I tried, but so far no luck getting in touch with the Support Center 🙂
