Arlo Q won’t work with Firestick (2nd gen)

I recently bought 3 Arlo Q cameras. I read that they work with Fire TV and Firestick 2nd Gen. I am able to get them to work on my downstairs tv that has the Fire TV, but not on my bedroom tv with the Firestick. I’ve tried researching like crazy but haven’t found any help. The Alexa just says the camera is compatible. Any ideas?

Hi JamesC, thanks for your reply! I have followed all those steps to no avail. I did originally have a 1st gen Firestick when I first tried to set it up, not realizing those didn’t work. I swapped it with a 2nd Gen I had on a different tv. Do I need to maybe reset something in case it still thinks I have the old Firestick hooked up? Or can it tell automatically? I did disable and re-enable the skill in the Alexa app. Thanks!
