Arlo Q won't connect to NBN

I have connected to the NBN and my Arlo Q's won't connect, when they are powered up and I go through the setup it fails to find camera they then have a solid blue LED but are not connected. My Arlo Pro is connected through the Netgear base station and records but I cant get to see (load) any of the footage taken.
