Arlo Q with SRV subscription not recording

Hello
I purchased an Arlo Q and CRV subscription. Yesterday the property where this camera is located was vandalized. I went to check the camera's 24/7 monitoring service and there was no feed from approximately 10PM last night until well after this event occurred this morning until about 10 AM. Looking back, it seems this camera is intermittently recording. Why is this the case and how can this be fixed? Is there any way the recordings were saved and I simply cannot access the video? Thanks.

Was there a power or internet outage at the time? If so, that could be why the camera did not capture recordings.
What is the cameras WiFi signal strength? If the camera is struggling to stay connect to the router, it could be that the camera dropped offline during this time frame.
