I have had the Arlo Q for 6 months. Had been working great, but just now stopped syncing to network. I have gone through the install procedure multiple times with no success. After approximately 5 minutes of this, the unit starts to get hot. The device should last longer than 6 months. Is there a return/replacement policy?

There's a 1 year warranty on all Arlo cameras. Your documentation should show this.
The Q cameras do run warm but not hot. What's your definition of hot? Have you tried measuring the temp using a laser or contact thermometer? I seem to recall that a normal temp is around 120 degrees F.
