Last week my Arlo Q went offline.  Reset the device and now it wont connect back to wifi. It goes through the wizard but after scanning the QR code, I hear the chime and then it keeps flashing blue for sometime and then gives a buzz(beep bop) and led starts flashing amber again. I tried on 2 different wifi networks same response.

sailtovict,

When factory resetting, there are two steps that need to be done before attempting to reclaim.

First you need to remove the device from your Arlo account. Log in and navigate to Settings > My Devices > Arlo Q > Remove Device.

After it has been removed, to be sure the factory reset has taken place, press and hold the reset button on the device (using a paper clip) until the camera reboots.

Allow the camera to come back online (flashing amber) and attempt the claiming process again. Be sure the device you are using to claim the camera is connected to the same network as the Arlo Q camera.
