Arlo Q times out when live streaming and does not record

My Arlo Q camera worked perfectly the first few days; live streaming working perfectly and sound/motion alerts being sent as appropriate. However, I’ve realized I had not received any motion alerts. I can only access the camera via the iPhone App.  it allows me to live stream, and ..it times out. I noticed that nothing is being recorded, the library is empty.

I need help on getting this to work. DESPERATELY

First check and make sure the command to Arm is working... ARM the Q and check the LIVE VIEW screen to make sure the running man is BLACK (active ).  If the running man is active and your still not getting recordings then RESET the Q camera ( ten second hold led flashes ) and re sync
