Arlo Q switching off in settings

I have had 3 Arlo Q running in my house without any major issues until fairly recently. A few weeks ago I added an arlo Pro 3 camera system to my account. In doing this I went above the 5 camera limit for the basic subscription so seperated one of the Q cameras to a new account, giving access back to me so I can view all 6 cameras. For clarity, I now have 2 x Q & 3 x Pro cameras on one account and 1 x Q on another.

 

Over the last week, the 2 Q cameras that are still on my main account have been randomly switching themselves off in device settings with no rhyme or reason. I have chatted with support but their solution is to try turning on and off and do a full reset. 

 

I feel this has something to do with the fact I have 5 cameras on the account along with the new cameras that have been added.

 

Anyone have any ideas?
