Have 2 Arlo Q and worked perfectly until of recent. The geofencing on one started to be the wrong way around. So when I was away from home, camera not activated but was when at home. Decided to uninstall and reinstall after countless attempts on correcting it.
lost the CVR subscription when reinstalling. Logged back in to apply new subscription and it just will not let me add either camera (which shows in the list).
does anyone have any idea how to get the CVR plan back?

managed to get cvr back but now both Arlo Qs stopped working no connection and I have spent six hours today trying to reconnect these two cameras that have worked absolutely fine for close to 6 years back to my Wi-Fi cannot locate the cameras at all. I’m not technical minded I have reset these cameras countless times. I’ve reset my router twice thus having to connect every single device again and yet these two cameras cannot be connected

strangely, today, both cameras have allowed me to add. It’s so weird. This isn’t the first time that I’ve had to wait until next day to add… would be interested in actually knowing why the next day appears to allow cameras to be reset/readded

We did investigate the offline of the Arlo Q cameras that was seen yesterday but it has since been resolved.
