Hi,
My Arlo Q wireless simply stopped working after moving to a new house(same wifi router and networks, but different ISP). I tried to resync without success, tried to remove the device and reset it. While I can follow the whole process and hear the chime, the app scan can't find the camera and the Amber light keeps blinking.
What else should I do?

Just to give more info I can hear an error sound during the scan and I also tried to uninstall the app from my phone.

I had a similar issue. Hold the rest button on the Arlo Q for several seconds (they say 10 sec or until you hear a "click"), but I held it down and allowed the led lights to cycle. They I was able to sync/connect the Arlo Q. Hope this helps.
