Arlo Q stopped recording and couldn't connect to it, so removed it from new app and tried to sync it again but it keeps failing. It syncs ok, blue light goes solid and I can see through the router that it's connected but the new app can't find the camera. Have tried, reinstalling app, different phone with app that is I know working with a different camera, tried factory reset, and checked security on router which is WPA2. Only purchased the camera back in April. Any suggestions? Thanks

Try and see if it's on the web with a browser ( not the app )... see if it's yr app or system
