Arlo Q randomly stops recording

I have had the Arlo Q for over three months now. I have the most difficult time. The camera will stop recording then I have to restart then it will work again for a random period. Then there will be times that I cannot get the camera to restart for hours. It is very frustrating and not serving the purpose I needed the camera for. Can anyone please help?

You can always try resetting the camera to see if it helps. The alternative is to open a case usingbthe Contact Sssupport link at the bottom of the desktop version of these pages.

Don't wait and nget frustrated - if it's not working properly, get help. Bad hardware happens.
