So my arlo used to work. I got a new router from my isp and now it wont work. The camera itself will connect to my wifi, the light on it is a solid blue. The app on my phone will not discover my device. I have opened port 443 on my router with tcp and still it will not discover it. I have done a hard reset and it still does not work. Any adivce? Thanks

You indicate you have reset the Arlo Q. You will also need to remove it from Settings > My Devices before attempting to add the camera back to your account, have you done this?
