Arlo Q not recording movement when scheduled

About the middle of Dec. 2016 my camera stopped recording when motion should set it off. If I use the app on my iPhone and manually record then it works.

Camera: on.

Mode: Armed

Motion and Audio detection: on

Does not record with motion in front of the camera

Live video: Working

Manual recording from the app: working

 

Please help.

The next step would be to reset the camera. Use the reset button until the camera clicks and the LED flashes amber. Resync. Any luck?

Try restarting the camera. I have a case open right now about no videos in the library for a couple of days although the CVR timeline shows that videos supposedly were recorded, just not in the library. A restart caused recordings to be deposited in the library again.

No. It didn't help. I unplugged it and waited about 30 sec. then plugged it back in. Still no joy. I am open to other suggestions.
