Arlo Q not recording audio in CVR

So I have 2 Arlo Q's and most of the time the audio doesn't get recorded on my CVR. When live it works ok, but when I try to go back through the time history, audio is missing. I have great wireless internet speeds where the cameras are set up. Please help me.

I'm actually using the app on my phone. I haven't tried using browser on desktop.
I restarted both cameras yesterday and they started to function correctly. If it happens again I will contact support. Thank you.

Have you adjusted the sensitivity on the mic?

It's not the sensitivity because when live audio works. However on timeline audio will be missing

If it's working when live.....

 

1) try a different browser ( fire fox seems to work well )

2) if above doesn't work, then the next thing is to re-set the Q and then bring back as new

 

3) after 1 and 2, if still NG, contact support  for a trouble ticket
