Arlo Q not connecting to wifi internet

Arlo Q camera not connecting to internet. Took preliminary troubleshooting steps of ensuring that camera is close to wireless router. The solid blue light of camera connecting to arlo servers never lights up. It is always slow blinking blue. So although the device is discovered, after naming it, nothing happens. Please suggest how to connect camera to internet.

First, do a full reset on the Q camera ( hold reset for ten seconds till front led flashes amber )

Attempt to sync again making sure you wifi does not have any special codes/charactors in the name - password
