Hello. My Arlo Q suddenly stopped working. I tried to connect via the app but it didn't work. I deleted it from my devices and tried to reconnect it, but it would not do it. I tried many different ways, even doing a factory reset, but it always gets to a certain point after reading the QR code and searching for the camera, and then the camera blinks amber and makes a buzzing noise. I know the phone and camera need to be on the same network, a 2.4 ghz. A few years ago, we bought Google Nest, and those don't allow you to switch between the frequencies if my phone is connected to 5 ghz. I've tried it on an older Android phone and iPhone. Please help! I've looked at the forums and nothing seems to be a simple fix. Thanks!

Try onboarding from a PC (browse to my.arlo.com). That sometimes will work when the phone app fails.
