Hi all,
Have changed our home broadband router. Everything fine apart from Arlo Q:
Arlo Q is connected to router.
Set up works fine as per instructions, chime heard but then fails to find.
Have tried loads of times, reset Arlo and router, reinstalled app on phone...
Complete mystery! I do note Arlo Q no longer appears on Arlo list as old model. Any ideas?
Thanks hopefully,
Judy UK

Have you tried adding it from a PC browser (my.arlo.com)?

If the Q is still showing up in the account (as offline), you might try deleting it from the account, and then try to re-add it.

Thanks Stephen, but have done that... Arlo is showing up on router fine. So weird that we can't connect it to our phones. Phones and Arlo all showing on router, Arlo app just can't seem to connect to Arlo Q.

Well thanks Stephen, gave that a try and it seemed to do the trick! That or randomly pressing combinations of reset buttons... who knows? We're connected and will never broadband provider again. Thanks again, Judy 🙂
