My Arlo Q camera stopped connecting to the Internet. I tried to reconnect it and it didn’t work. I unplugged it. I even tried to do a factory reset, but that didn’t work either. All it does now is blink, amber, blue, and sometimes purple. Can someone please help me?

Did you hold the reset button until the camera clicked? After a reset you must also remove the camera from your account before you can add it back.

I did remove it from my account. And when I hold the reset button down, it doesn’t click but eventually it stops being blinking and then nothing else.
