I'm having this very annoying problem with a refurbished Arlo Q unit. I went through the setup and it seems that it set up just fine, but I can't view a live stream of the camera. "Your arlo device appears offline, " it says.The settings page for the camera says "Connected to: Disconnected". HOWEVER, I am getting push notifications for activity and the camera is clearly recording so something is up. I tried removing and re-adding the device to the same effect. Please, if someone has a solution, I'd like to know.
