Hi there,
I recently bought the Arlo Q Indoor camera and having an issue not being able to get past the 'discovering the device' stage of the installation.
I have tried resetting the camera, resetting the network and bringing the camera closer (next to) to the base station.
Not sure what else I can do?
If someone could please get in touch with me with some assistance I would be very grateful.

First the Q camera hooks directly into the home router, not a base unit...
Make sure you don't have any unusual charactors in you routers PW, and have you done a facory reset? ( I know you said reset, but are you holding the reset for 10 secs till the led flashes amber ? )
Also try using WPA2 security on the router
